Where in/around Phoenix can I get a movie poster framed cheaply?

I have several 27x40" movie posters that I'd like to have dry mounted and framed CHEAPLY. A store I used to go to in Ohio called Frames Unlimited always ran a special for posters: $60-80 for the backing, glass, and basic black frame. I've been calling framing stores around Phoenix and so far haven't hit on anything for under $100. That's really altogether too much when the poster itself is worth less than $20. Any recommendations?
