How long will it take me to get a six pack?
You will have to do more than running 1.5 miles 4 days a week to get 6 pack abs you should have totally reduced fat in the other areas of your body so go the gym.... 4 days a week and do weight training with cardio. To control the diet try this method... make it a point to eat junk food 2 times a week. 2 junkfood meals like maybe kfc or mcdonalds or doritos whatever with soda... and then next day have a heavy breakfast and try and survive on fruits and water with exercise you can lose the stubborn stomach fat in a day... but dont do this more than 2 times a week and restrict meals to 1800 cals
