Slim and toned females:I need a work out plan!?

I am 5'11" and since i last checked 132 pounds. not a lot at all, but i want to get toner. i love yoga, but am in a place that doesnt have ondemand so i cant do it..what online workouts are good and free? What should i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner without getting bored? i love eating junkfood and have a good metabolism, but i want to eat healthy foods as well. i cant completely ditch all bad foods..lets be real lol.what exercises can i try randomly throughout the day in my room to tone my legs and stomach without bulking up?
