Working out and maintaining a healthy diet?

It isn't easy but you just have to stop.When you get a craving for food,drink water.Eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours.Stuff like lean meats,vegetables,brown rice,oats,fruit.Fruit is sweet but the sugar in fruit is better for you than the sugar in junk food.Avoid sodium,fat,and sugar.I use to be 260 pounds and ate junk every day.Now I don't even like junk food.I taught myself to like better foods.Workout 5-6 days a week for at least an hour.Do cardio 2-3 days a week or more if you want.Hope this helped.
