Any tips on loosing weight faster and getting a six pack?
Hey guys i need some advice right now. Im 169lbs 5ft6,i use to be 180 in jan 27th,i workout everyday and avoid junkfood. I start off my workout on the excercise bike burning 500 calories and then proceed to workout my arms. Then my abbs.ive been doin this for awhile is their anyway faster I can loose weight? I eat lots of fruit and vegetables,i drink nesquick ( 25% less sugar) after I workout with beans later on for protien. my goal is to get a six pack by the end of summer which gives me 5 months now,i give my muscle plenty of rest. Is their a homemade protein shake I can make? Thanks for the help.
