Will this get me in shape?

use eliptical 30 minutes a day 3 times a day, speed walk with my dog for an hour,ride my bike for two hours use the total gym and i lift weights and i also eat healthy and a bit of junkfood too. i weigh 180 pounds im 5 four and im overweight is it possible to lose 45 pounds in 90 days by doing this everyday
