How to be healthy and get fit?

I'm a 15 year old girl who boxes. What i want is to increase speed and strength. I'm not a slow person, but i can't like run for a long time. In addition, my health is normal but i want to stop eating junkfood and eat foods right for me. I want to get in shape but please i dont want to be muscular just stronger... Tips to improve eating habits and fitness
