Skinny 15 year old male wants to gain weight?
Wow it doesn't look like you're getting any of the right answers! Here's the deal, if you want to gain weight but not get FAT, you will have to eat a lot of protein and fiber. Also, you need to start working out to gain BULK muscle, not LEAN muscle. This means lifting as much as you can for fewer reps, rather than a comfortable amount for more reps. I'd say use your bar and do bench presses (lay on your back and lift it away from your chest and extend your arms fully). Eat three meals a day with snacks in between if you can. You don't have to eat unhealthily to gain weight, in fact I wouldn't recommend it because it can cause you to get depressed. Just remember to drink lots of fluids, vitamin d milk is really good for gaining weight. Good luck!
