Any nurses or MDs here?

When I bite down or clench my teeth (and sometimes when I lean forward or back after I've slept) I hear blood flow in my ear like a static sound. What causes this? In this tinnitus caused by a circulatory problem, thick blood or? I don't listen to loud music or anything. I'm a net surfer and junkfood addict.
