I have lost keys to french doors how can I open it cheaply or change the locks?

If you can see the screws on the inside of the doorknobs you can remove them easily.Once the knob part is off you can turn the inside plunger with a flat head screwdriver.Then remove the plunger and replace the knobs or you can take them to a locksmith and have keys made.
