I am a 13 year old biy. I am about 5' 6" and weigh about 174 lbs. I'm not very fat and I dont eat a lot of junkfood. I am not extremely athletic. I went to a dietician a couple of years ago and she tild my mom and I that I was made up of about 80% Muscle. I assume that if I loose weight, that will create more muscle and I also know that muscle is heavier than fat, which leads to concluded that if I gain more muscle frim excercise, I will be heavier due to muscle increase from exercise. Is this correct? Thanks
