Started working out...gaining weight instead of losing?

The weight gain is probably from muscle but also from eating at night. Studies show that if you eat after around 8:30ish you will wake up even hungerier in the middle of the night or in the morning. Just try to count your calories and try to eliminate some of the worst junk food from your house and then take away the rest slowly. I hope I helped!!:)
