i remember just a couple years ago when i was 16 yrs old i could eat junkfood and sweets everyday and not gain a pound i mean literaly not gain a single pound but now that im an adult 20 yrs old and my metobolism slowed down aittle a bet not do that **** lmao or regret it a week later but sometimes results show in a day though lol so my question is how can i get my metabolism back the way it use to be so i can atleast enjoy eating loads of food everyday like when i was younger with no worry about gaining weight???
