Is the dangerous power e1 able to use a halo v35?

i have been told that the e1 has a stove pipe (i think thats how you spell it) neck and that only inexpensive loaders fit on it like a vlocity or a fasta. i need to know if a v35 would fit on it cuz my proto slg broke and i need a back up gun quickly and cheaply
