If you don't buy junk food for yourself then you won't eat it as much. Start buying healthier snacks. Get 100 calorie packs instead of a whole pack of oreos. They make whole grain chips, cookies, snack bars, etc. Also, eat a lot of fruit. Sometimes we forget just how tasty it is! Have some pudding with vanilla wafers and bananas or strawberries with whipped cream and chocolate.
