I got a "bellly" from being healthier?

Alright, so i'm not fat at all. Pretty skinny actually, but i wanted to get in shape for the summer, so i started upping my workouts, lowering my calorie intake, cutting out junkfood, and drinking a minimum 8 glasses of water a day. Somehow i feel like i gained alot of weight, like a constant food baby out of nowhere. WIll it go away? Helppppppp!
