Can someone please help me? PLEASE?

ok, im a 13 year old boy, im around 5'3 and i weight like 120. I want to lose weight without affecting my growth. I was thinking of doing 100 crunches a day, 100 push-ups, and ride my bike for an hour going full speed or run for 10 mins at a good speed. Also i will not eat any junkfood at all and i will eat a whole lot of fruits and vegetables and only drink water. im not sure about meat so someone help me with how much meat i should eat without gaining weight. also any adjustments to my idea please tell. thnx and please give some detail.
