Building my own pc cheaply?

Dont buy off of ebay. Buy from newegg. Old crappy computers are fairly priced there and you'd probably end up paying MORE just for the parts alone. I really recommend newegg though. You don't need practice really, its like putting a puzzle together. Just get a decent computer. Like 3-400 for an OKAY computer.
